Please join us in welcoming Kyleigh Juarez and Naisa Navarro, two of our new Customer Experience Center (CEC) team members, to Facilities Management! Since starting at the CEC in July and September, respectively, Kyleigh and Naisa have been fantastic additions to the team! 

Before coming to Facilities Management (FM), Kyleigh worked as an Assistant Residential Manager at a local apartment complex. There, she also helped to attend to customers’ needs and ensure their safety and satisfaction. Kyleigh says her positive experiences in customer service are what drew her to this role at FM! Naisa had a similar experience at UC Davis’ Veterinary Teaching Hospital, where she worked as a Client Services Representative. Naisa has actually had her sights set on working at UC Davis since high school, when she was a student and mentor in the Early Academic Outreach Program! 

At the Customer Experience Center, Kyleigh and Naisa work hard to respond to calls and other customer requests. They ensure that requests are passed on to the appropriate team and that they have all the information they need to complete the job. 

Kyleigh’s favorite part of the job, she says, is being able to work with and learn from so many different people. She says that even though she just started recently, she already feels right at home at FM! Naisa says she loves the UC Davis campus and is so glad to be helping to preserve it for students and faculty! 

In their free time, Kyleigh and Naisa both love to spend time outdoors! Kyleigh also loves to take trips to Disneyland and spend time with her family and two dogs, Lilo and Scooby. Naisa also likes to read a good mystery novel or watch reality TV!
