FM Talks Leadership at ADMAN

Last month, a team from Facilities Management had the honor of presenting their Future Leaders program, which was launched in 2019, to attendees at the annual ADMAN conference. The Future Leaders program is an internal FM program designed to identify, cultivate and transition future leaders into critical leadership roles through training and mentorship. Christina Blackman, Operations Manager, shared details about how the program was initiated, including the criteria she used when creating the program. Emily Ziser, Training & Engagement Coordinator, who currently manages the program, walked through the nuts and bolts of the program and the lessons learned that led to changes and improvements over the past two years. Jasmine Aranda, Custodial Services Support Manager, shared her experience from a participant's perspective and provided insight into how it has helped her with career goals. We want to thank the attendees and the ADMAN board and committee members for welcoming us and providing us an opportunity to talk about a topic that we at FM are passionate about promoting.
