At current staffing and funding levels, Lighting Services primarily operates reactively, focusing first on life safety, regulatory compliance and issues with the greatest impact on campus operations. While our team strives to address all requests as quickly as possible, the scale and complexity of the campus mean that routine lighting repairs may take longer than many people expect.
