The approximate response time for high priority tasks is 60 minutes or less.
For example, elevator, roof leaks, animal welfare and/or research. 

Lead time is the average number of days from task creation to the start of work. The timeframes below show when 80% of medium- and low-priority tasks begin. More complex work may require additional time due to materials, coordination, or regulatory requirements
