Supporting our campus customer needs

Under the umbrella of Facilities Management's Operations Support, Customer Experience Center processes all work order requests to meet our campus customers' needs.  Facilities Services include – heating/cooling, lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, custodial and general building maintenance. Our mission is to provide our campus customers with the highest standards of performance, safety, communication and customer satisfaction. 


urgent Urgent Request

Issues that impact human/animal health and safety, threaten research or affect instructions are considered urgent requests.
Please call (530) 752-1655 to put in a work order and provide the information listed here.

For all requests that are not identified as emergencies, please see information below or submit a work order online. 


Nonurgent Non-urgent Request 

For all non-urgent requests, please submit a work order online. 
Non-urgent requests are non-threatening to life or research. Each non-urgent requests will be assigned as either elevated or routine priority. 

 

 

Examples

Process Time

Elevated

  • Sticky doors or locks
  • Termites 
  • Non-functioning power outlet 
  • Clogged toilet when others are available

Within a few days of submission.

Routine

  • Making spare keys 
  • Replacing burnt out light bulbs
  • Building cosmetic requests (i.e.touch-up painting)

Within two to three weeks. 


When submitting a work request, please provide the following information:

  • Specific location
  • Description of the problem
  • Contact information
  • Department Name
  • Departmental Account Number
