Tririga (AMS) Payroll Procedures

Premium OT for K3 Employees

For payroll purposes, Premium OT will be calculated based on your schedule (e.g., 40-hour workweek or 9/80 schedule) and the information you enter on your TRS timesheet. You must enter all billable OT hours in Tririga, using the OT prompt on the Timesheet Page, or directly into the Work Task.

To understand how Premium OT is calculated, please read the Premium OT Business Rules for:

Comp. Time Election

You do not need to enter anything in Tririga to accrue Comp. Time. To accrue Comp. Time for that pay period, simply make a comment in TRS (see below). By default, TRS pays out Premium OT in dollars.

Please Note: If you would prefer to change your default Premium OT to accrue in Comp. Time, rather than receive pay in dollars, please contact your Business Office representative. If you select this option, you would need to indicate in the TRS comments section any hours you would like paid out in dollars instead of Comp. Time.

On-Call Time

You do not need to enter On-Call Hours in TRIRIGA or TRS to be paid for your time on call. Your supervisor will provide the Business Office an on-call schedule and confirm all of your owed On-Call Hours for payment. Please inform your supervisor of any deviations from the schedule.

Please Note: You will be paid for On-Call Hours that fall in the appropriate pay period. Pay periods end every other Saturday. Also, if you come in while you are on call (either scheduled or emergency), you will continue to be paid for all of those on-call hours in addition to any regular or OT pay you would earn.
