The Facilities Project Management organization manages the programming, design, and construction of
new and remodeled non-capital, minor capital and deferred maintenance projects, with an active project
load of over $15,000,000. Projects vary in size from very small remodels to whole building
renovation projects with total project budgets from under $10,000 up to $400,000. Major capital projects
are also delivered when approved by the Associate Vice Chancellor of Facilities.
