How can I check on the status of my work request?

Checking Status of Maintenance, Service, or Repair Requests

If you submitted you request through the online work order system. . .

Your new work request was automatically loaded into your watch list. Enter the Web Work Order System and open your Watch List. Status changes will be noted on your Watch List. (Material and labor charges reflect the current DaFIS Decision Support status of those transactions.)

If you phoned your request to Facilities O&M Customer Support. . .

Call the Customer Support Center at 752-1655. The Customer Support Representative will ask you for the work order number in order to determine the status.

OR

Add the work order to your Web Work Order System Watch List and you can check the status yourself. When you phone in a work request, the Customer Support Representative enters that request into the Web Work Order System. The Customer Support Representative is not able to add that request to your Watch List, but you can do this manually. From the Web Work Order System, choose the Edit Watch List option, and enter the work order number you were given when you phoned in the request.


Checking Status of Renovation or Remodeling Requests

E-mail or phone the Project Manager or IPE (Inspector, Planner, Estimator) who is assigned to your project.
