LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance


Our mission is to promote green operations through building investigation and student-staff collaboration in the pursuit of LEED certification of campus buildings.

LEED EB:OM, or Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance, is a green building certification program for existing buildings. To receive LEED certification, building projects are reviewed to earn points to achieve different levels of certification. Each building project is different and earn different points and certification.
