Customer Support Center
The Customer Support Center connects you with the services of Facilities Management. Whether you are reporting a facility problem, want an estimate, or need information, our knowledgeable staff provides guidance and matches you with the right services. If your request is an emergency (when maintenance is required to avoid injury to humans or animals, damage
to facilities, or loss of research), Customer Support will immediately dispatch Facilities Management personnel to the
location. Non-emergency work requests are assigned to the appropriate Facilities Management units for completion based on
priority and staffing levels. |
