The Japanese crabapple is a small deciduous tree with a showy display of pink and white flowers that appear in spring. Edible berries are enjoyed by birds and other wildlife.

Habitat: Prefers full sun, well-drained and fertilized soil.
General Habit: Deciduous, grows to 25 ft. tall and slightly wider.
Notes: Flowers are generally pink and appear in early to mid spring.
