We are responsible for budget and financial analytical services, managing central Facilities resources, and establishing internal policies and guidelines to assist Facilities units in managing their resources.

Our work includes:

• Facilities rate development and submittal process
  
• Internal financial and budgetary processes for Deferred Maintenance, Garmendi Funding and Workload funding
  
• Liason between central campus administrative resource management and Facilities
  
• Preparation of university-wide and campus reports on the cost of maintaining campus space
  
• Preparation of funding requests for maintenance of new campus space
