Chem-Chem Annex Cleaned the AHU hot and chilled water coils and replaced existing filters with new high efficient filter media.  Both buildings will now need a total building air balance and re-commissioning (planned for 2009) in order to reap the energy savings and properly operate those facilities.  New project to include fume hood re-commissioning and air change rate reductions - HUGE energy saving potential in these 2 buildings.
